Read all of the following CAREFULLY

-General Information-

For payment, I will only accept Paypal (USD) and DeviantArt Points

Upon sending in your Commission Request and then Payment, you are legally bound into acceptance of these terms. Violations of these terms at any point during the commission process may result in withdrawal of your commission request and potential blacklisting.

I reserve the right to decline or refund your commission for any reason.

By submitting a commission request, you understand that this does not automatically guarantee you a commission slot.

Not all commissions will be accepted, and it is not always first come first served. Certain commission types may not be available at all times.

If you are not granted a commission slot for one opening, you may submit your form again when commission slots open again. Please note that submissions recieved anywhere other than through the google form will either be missed or ignored.

Responses to accepted commission forms will be sent via your ( specified) preferred method of contact, three to five business days after commission slots first open. This is when you will know that your Commission request has been approved and accepted. Please understand that I cannot accept every single request each opening.

If I am unable to accept your commission, you will be notified. You may submit your form again when commissions open the next time.

-Payment and Refunds-

You are required to pay in full before I begin your commission.

If you receive a confirmation from me that your commission has been accepted, you will be given three business days to make your payment before your slot is given to another client.

If your commission has not been started, a full refund is available at any time.

A refund is not available after I am past the sketching phase of your commission. Refunds are available during the sketch phase, but it will be subject to a twenty percent service/ handling fee.

Full refunds may be issued in special cases where I as the artist cannot complete your commission for any reason. This, however, will be a rare occurrence.

You may ask me to make minor changes to your commission past the sketching phase. Fixing these will not cost you anything extra.

Major changes/decisions should be made during the sketch phase of your commission. These changes to a piece after the sketching phase may require additional payment to be made.

-Additional Information-

My artwork is not at any point to be used for commercial use or resale. Legal action will be taken if I find any violation of this rule.

The only case in which the previous rule can be ignored is in the case of custom designs. Once you own a character designed by myself, you are free to trade or sell the character to others. Designs can not be sold for more than the original purchase price, because that does break the previous rule. The only instance in which this may be done is if you factor in the value of any additional artwork you buy for this character, whether it be by myself or other artists.

The only person with the rights to show off or repost their commission artwork is the client and myself. The client is not required to tag me, but my watermark is never to be tampered with, vandalized, or removed.

Please keep in mind that I work at my own pace. I, like everyone else, have a life and so certain things may take days, weeks, or very rarely even months to complete. I do my best to always be efficient, though I ask that you remain patient with me during the process. I will always remain 100% transparent with my clients, and will keep in touch at all necessary moments.

Each client will receive a sketch of their commission before moving into the final stages of completion. This is the time to request big changes and make sure that it is the way that you want it to be. Once you receive the final piece, you may request that I make small changes. For personal security purposes, HQ files will only be provided once the client is completely satisfied with their commission. Once you receive the HQ file, no more changes can be made to your commission.

The only exception to the previous point is, again, custom designs, as they are a more continuous and involved process where changes will need to be taken into account during the colouring phase and beyond. The same rule does apply, however, with HQ files, which will only be provided once the commission is fully finished.

Once again, commission requests will not be accepted through any method other than the use of the designated google form. Commission requests submitted through any other method may be missed or ignored.
